Wholesale Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Sky Capital Investments LLC accepts returns only under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: Manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
  • Wrong Items Shipped: If you receive incorrect products
  • Special Circumstances: Approved by management in writing

Note: We do not accept returns for simply changing your mind or overordering. All wholesale sales are final unless defective.

2. Return Process

2.1 Authorization Required

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any goods. Contact our customer service at returns@skycapitalinvestmentsllc.com or call (713) 555-0192.

2.2 Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Late returns will not be accepted.

2.3 Restocking Fee

All authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except for defective items or our shipping errors.

2.4 Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive returned goods
  • Credit memos available for future purchases upon request

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Special order/customized products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Electronics with removed serial numbers
  • Clearance/closeout items

5. Damaged or Defective Products

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Take photos of damaged items and packaging
  2. Email to claims@skycapitalinvestmentsllc.com
  3. We will arrange replacement or refund
